Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it and the rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Identification and contact data: name and email address provided at checkout or in support requests.

Transaction data: plan purchased, date, amount and payment status. Full card numbers are never seen or stored by us — payments are processed by specialized providers.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and course progress.

2. Why we use it

To deliver access to the course, send the login link and process refunds.

To provide support, issue certificates and inform you about updates to the material you purchased.

To improve lessons, measure aggregate usage and prevent fraud or unauthorized sharing of access.

3. Legal bases

Performance of contract (delivering what you purchased), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), legitimate interest (security and product improvement) and consent (marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Sharing

We share data only with providers strictly necessary to run the service: payment processors, email delivery, hosting and the learning platform.

We never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language preference, plus analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained while your account is active and for the period required by tax and legal obligations.

We apply encryption in transit, access control and periodic reviews to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise any right, email hello@unitfoun.com. We answer within 30 days.

8. Minors

The course is sold to adults. Students under 18 may study with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must own the purchase.
